Our tradesman has been dealing with a Crosswater tap on our behalf. Situation sorted out quickly by Aaron with a speedy resolution resulting in a new spout being sent out to replace the damaged one!.

I was happy with the easy ordering process and product came on time. It looked and felt substantial, Brass and Chrome etc and I thought it was exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately doing our new bathroom we ordered this early and it was fitted at the end. and despite the plumber fixing it in and coming back to check, the seal leaks and will not retain water in the basin. such a shame but I will contact the customer services to see what can be done.
