Urban Industry continue to be one of my favourite places to shop, and I like that they have added a more diverse range of brands since I first started using them; biased opinion but the likes of universal works, kestin, uskees to name but a few i have come to like a lot.. On this occasion I purchased an ace POP TRADING CO t-shirt, lovely fit.. great price, quick delivery. Only issue is having tried it on, the seam popped on the neckline; I reported the issue to customer service and their response to fix the problem (replace and send the faulty item back under warranty) was quick and impressive. All round service is excellent

I have purchased a Red Wing Moc Toe in Charcoal Rough and Tough from Urban Industry recently not having had them on my radar before even though they are an established retailer . The shoes were in excellent brand new condition ( sometimes some companies sell b-stocks online advertising as brand new. So the quality out of the box gave me great joy) Very well Packed . On top of their competitive pricing , the delivery and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend them . I am already waiting for my next Red Wing Moc Toe which I have recently ordered over the weekend and expecting the same quality control and service . Good shops like this are bad news for shoe addicts like us 🙂 keep up the great service.
