Im really disappointed with my recent purchase, I ordered a bomber jacket but instead received a pair of trousers. Not only is this an inconvenience to return these myself, but now I won't have the jacket for a special occasion, a complete waste of time. In situations like this Very.ie should arrange a collection of the incorrectly delivered item, inconveniencing your customers by arranging a return is unacceptable. People purchase online to save time, this has really put me off ordering again. I will now clear my account balance and close my account.
Absolutely atrocious I ordered a washing machine in feb 24 And it was reimbursed to me without me asking for it being reimbursed I then ordered another washing machine which I might add was against my better judgement from the previous experience As we live in rural west cork I repeatedly said that I had no phone coverage this was ignored Of course they tried to deliver again but we weren't in as we hadn't been informed Eventually on Monday 28th of April I received the washing machine . Yet again they only gave a few hours notice but thankfully we were in I achieve my delivery myself by ringing you but I shouldn't have to you should be contacting me Im owed an apology at the very least not to mention the cost of repeated treks to the launderette. A very annoyed customer
Waited for 2 week for my hoover to be deliver from when it arrived into the courier fastway depot. That far too long to be waiting. It would put me off shopping again.
My item was not delivered. Spent hours talking to reps on online chat and in social media and have been left with no response from them now in 2 days. Very poor customer service - do better

Great website Easy to navigate and get bargains . Only downside was the delivery man never knocked on my door just put the box inside my gate where any passerby could have stolen it. It was raining and the box was ruined when I picked it up the appliance fell onto the ground. Though it was not damaged
Ordering from very is easy and reliable. The only problem I have is with fast way who deliver the parcels they just leave them on the door step without ringing the bell and they always say they have left in a safe place which is not the case I can see on my ring door bell they just plonk it on the doorstep for all to see and they could easily be stolen Fastway are not at all reliable
My last few orders I had to wait a few weeks and to ring team as to why delays also when a delivery arrived items were damaged and I just couldn't be bothered to complain as this was the couriers fault...again today I had to go look for my items..its been a few weeks now...so annoyed
One leg was a lot longer then the other leg so I took the trousers to a dress maker, but over all the two piece set is beautiful

Quick Delivery was paid for a Friday delivery. Email from fastway at 3.40 to say an attempt had been made for delivery at that time. It hadn’t as I was sitting in my front garden. Package didn’t arrive until Monday afternoon which was too late. Annoyed as I paid for quick delivery and didn’t get it.

For the past couple of months all of a sudden I have not received the majority of goods I have ordered. After SEVERAL communications with very and the delivery it turns out that 2 postcodes are on the parcel labels, my correct postcode along with a second incorrect postcode in large writing underneath which in fairness to the delivery driver I can understand why the parcels have not arrived to me. I contact the delivery company and they explained that the labels are produced by very and are on the parcel before they are collected. Very have said they will look into it. Several months later 5 undelivered parcels the second incorrect postcode continues to appear on any parcels I am lucky enough to receive. There is no point in Very customer service call center employee apologising every time a parcel goes missing when they will not act upon the issue and I have spent hours on the phone to them
