Not really free delivery as advertised as not many people can stay in all week or book time off at short notice. However a tenner isn't bad.

Courier rang me when 10 minutes away and I asked him to leave it at the back door and the builders would take it in as I was 15 or so minutes away. When I returned (although a few cars behind their vehicle as they’d blocked a 3 way junction) the couriers were in my home (one was using the toilet for quite some time as I was told by my builder) whilst the other was in and out of my front door (I could see him coming in and out) after initially going in via the back (I had explicitly asked them to leave the sink at my back door as no need to go in as the builders were working at the back of the house and would bring it in once they’d made room for it). Not only had they gone in to my home without my permission (I had been clear about leaving it at the back door) but also the sink was damaged and the quality wasn’t great. I have been part refunded for the sink as the thought of having their couriers back to return it for a full refund wasn’t worth the worry. Currently waiting a response to my complaint to them to check if their drivers have DBS certificates as they’re taking it upon themselves to trespass in customer’s homes without knowing if anyone else is home.
Poor customer service. Advised delivery between 7-11 am. No delivery till after 3 pm. Had to speak to someone which they don’t pick the phone. I was in Que 1 for more than 20 minutes. Then someone picks and goes off to find when the delivery would be. But guess what, can’t find. It will be with you in next few hours. Asked on online chat. Wasted time. Unable to find. When delivery came checked it now my shower plate is missing. Took forever to speak to customer service. Kept apologising but can’t deliver till a week later. I’ve my plumber and builder coming tomorrow. I arranged and booked a day off for the delivery date. Wasted whole day waiting for it. When it comes item missing. Now I’ve to go to shops to buy it. So angry, frustrated and disappointed. One star , I want give them zero or negative star

Ordered shower screen and sink cabinet, realised the delivery was quite far in the future so i checked via live chat if it can be brought forward to a quicker delivery which i couldn't. I asked Taimoor Khan on the chat whether *if i was to cancel * the order I could reorder for it to come any sooner and they just cancelled the order right away with no answer to my question. I have now had to order the things again which are not coming for another few days so more delays for my bathroom.
I needed to order an extra box of tiles to complete my bathroom. Took 2 phone calls to find out no longer delivering to my post code and would not accept a return of the original tile (ref egixgavb) on 12th April. Now have to hope i receive these at my office address 60 miles from my home. Absolutely shocking customer service (on hold for hours)....never using your company again.

So far an appalling experience. I placed my order on 22/4/2024 and received an email confirming the dispatch with a planned delivery date of 27/04. Nothing was delivered that day. Upon chasing on 29/4, I was told that the delivery was confirmed for between 10am-12pm on 30/4 but nothing was delivered. Upon chasing on 2/5, I was informed that the items will not be in stock until July. At this point I asked for cancellation of my order and I was told by Mr Faizan that the refund will take 14 days. This was ok but I needed an email confirming that my order had been cancelled and that the refund will take 14 days. I never received that email. On 3/5 I chased again and spoke to Mr Harris who informed me that an investigation will have to be carried out and only after completion this order could be cancelled. Given the unreliable service, this type of unreliable service is ridiculous in this modern age of online shopping. I still need an urgent email confirming my cancellation as a matter of urgency as I do not want any further issues. They have payment from me and they can’t deliver the good and can’t give me a cancellation confirmation that I need followed by a refund! Please don’t send delivery emails to customers if you don’t have items in stock. Also when customer cancels the order in such cases, give them a prompt confirmation of cancellation and an indication in writing about when the money will be refunded. Or else your organisation seems fraudulent. Also please reply to emails and don’t disconnect calls during conversations!
Absolute joke of a company!! Only half bathroom delivered the rest coming over a week later!! Not their problem that the plumber can’t fit the items and I now have to rearrange him and pay extra as we shouldn’t have booked him until all the items were delivered!!! Erm no…I paid in good faith that you would deliver items when you said!
Bought a kitchen tap which proved defective. Told Victoria Plum but no reply. Sent emails twice to CEO with again no reply.
