I bought - or thought I had bought - a nice set of mid-century tables, that would exactly fit a particular place in my home. However, on checking up a few days later when I hadn't received any confirmation, I found that Interior had automatically cancelled my order - but not deigned to inform me. I feel I can't trust the Vinterior system any more.

Vinterior has a wide choice of products on offer. I bought an item from an excellent seller, communications were good and I am delighted with the whole experience.
We ordered a glass table, but upon delivery, we realized that the dimensions did not match the initial description in the advertisement. According to the terms and conditions of Vinterior, we rightfully refused the delivery. However, it's been over six weeks since then, and we're still waiting for the refund. The seller is claiming that the table has not been returned, suggesting that the carrier may not have fulfilled their responsibilities, but this is beyond our control. A customer agent, Bego, has been handling this matter poorly, and we urgently request management support to enforce the terms and conditions and expedite the refund process.
