The experience from start to finish was exceptional. The optician who carried out the eye testing was very professional and thorough, throughout the procedure explaining what tests he was doing as he went along. Quite a relaxing experience. The assistant in the shop was also also very professional at her job making sure that I was comfortable with the glasses which I had chosen, and at the end the cost for 3 pairs of glasses was better than I expected. Been a customer for a few years with no intention of leaving.

I liked the choice for frames that's the reason I went but on the day of ordering the 2 pairs of glasses I got an assistant who was in training and it took over an hour to order the lack of training and efficiency was very time-consuming and frustrating
