Further to response from VisionDirect below - it wasn't that the box size sent was different from ordered that was the issue - it was that they wouldn't honour their returns policy because of that.... Ordered 3x30 lenses but was sent 1x90 box. Due to prescription change I wanted to return/exchange 60 lenses but as box was open they refused - seems very unfair as I had ordered smaller boxes so, if they had sent what I ordered, I could have returned 2 boxes. Customer services just kept repeating they wouldn't refund/exchange open box despite it being a problem of their making. Bit disappointing having been a very long term customer.

They will let Oder and pay for lenses - then email you to say they aren’t in stock and that there is a delay & then keep pushing back the delivery date. This has happened on the last three orders… Three weeks since order and no delivery but another email stating a 5 day delay. So now I’m going to run out of lenses… I won’t be ordering again that’s for sure

Decided to wear contact lenses again. Dailies. Easy to submit new prescription and order. Not sure if they are the cheapest but good for now.
Useless company I was a loyal customer for quite some time and the last set of lenses I got were just awful and they would not refund or exchange the lenses even though I paid for 6months worth and they only lasted a month! The customer service and the product was terrible, me and my family would not purchase anything from them again!

Previously used vision direct multiple times and today located a better price elsewhere so did a live chat as they offer price match. Lengthy chat ensued and stated willing to price match and advised I had to pay full amount and difference will be refunded. Seemed a bit of a faff but I wanted to be loyal (I could have just ordered from the competitor and saved fuss). So I ordered and sent via live chat the order number which was accepted. Live chat responded that the payment had not quite settled yet and to recontact them once payment fully processed for the refund of the price match. What a faff - won't bother with price promise in future and will just order from cheaper competitor. Disappointing when a customer tries to stay loyal but has to jump through hoops to get a price match! Really put me off this supplier.
