Man bekommt absolut keine Hilfe vom Support, wenn man was zurückschicken möchte. Das wird wahrscheinlich das erste Mal sein, dass ich rechtliche Schritte gegen eine Firma einleiten muss. Solche Firmen sind der Grund warum die Leute dann doch lieber bei Amazon oder Zalando bestellen, weil sich da wenigstens jemand um einen kümmert

Vivobarefoot shoes are very comfortable and more stylish than most barefoot shoes. I love wearing them. However, I've repeatedly had issues with build quality and questionable design and material use that has left them not lasting long enough for what they cost. Which is a lot. Vivos are the most expensive shoes on the market and they massively over charge on postage. I've also found they ignore any critical feedback of their products.

First time buying barefoot shoes. I found the selection very good, they are stylish looking whilst being good for your feet! Comfortable to wear, I was surprised how quickly I got used to them compared to my normal shoes. I've bought a couple of pairs of barefoot shoes from Vivobarefoot to cover both trainer style and smarter shoes, so I can wear them for all occasions now. Not the cheapest shoes, but the quality and comfort is so much better than before.

ive had a few orders from vivo, they are expensive, the shoes dont last long and alot of them cannot be repaired, even when they can be repaired, the cost is almost as much as buying shoes from another brand. My last order wasnt delivered to me but was left in a bin, by the time i had got home it had gone, vivo support toke over 2 weeks to respond.
I bought a pair of Primus Lites but they were too narrow for my feet, I returned them easy as pie but the refund was taking some time to come through. When I managed to get through the service from Reem was impeccable. Refund made immediately, a shame about the narrow barefoot shoe though. Needless to say, I opted for the Motus Strength which fit like a dream!
This is the third time we have issues with customerservice not responding. This time I ordered on the 22th of March a pair of sneakers that arrived with one being discolourated on toes and I wrote for a replacement which they replied too very fast. As soon as I had sent proof of return they would ship out new pair. I did. Now a month later, three unanswered emails to customerservice I still havnt got a replacement. So still walking around in winter boots in 21 degrees and no refund which I obviously want now. Doubt we will purchase or recommend vivo to anyone with customerservice being this bad! Shame.

I've owned 5 pairs of Vivo's and they've always been decent. There's been a couple of quality issues with glue coming looses before even wearing them. Unfortunately my most recent pair appears to reflect some level of cost cutting. They are significantly narrower than any of my previous purchases and have several loose threads and bunches of stitching in typical hotspots. I won't be buying from them again.
Had a slight issue with the insoles in my Magna's, Nadia Abbasi in the CS team was amazing and sorted the problem in a matter of minutes. Amazing customer service, great shoes, great company. Very happy customer

My customer service experience was great, I used the chat and got a quick response. Customer service agent was Reem and was very friendly and helpful and got my queries answered and sorted my return out for me.
I needed to return my shoes because one was a bit uncomfortable. They waived the return charge (which was minimal anyway) so I am very pleased. It would be great if they offered exchanges but that's not a big deal.

The customer service is great but the process could be faster; you need to contact them back and forth regarding your refund/exchange, but they always sort it out for you. Customer service is great but not perfect! But nothing is perfect in this world 😊 I am happy about my experiences so far ( two pairs of vivobarefoot ) I definitely recommend the shoes, they are pricey but you get what you’re paying for, and if the quality is not as expected they will refund/exchange your shoes.
