Having free delivery meant there were no hidden costs - the delivery was speedy and the product was well-packaged. I have used the slow cooker a few times now and all the meals cooked have been delicious. Some reviewers mentioned that the lid is quite loose - it is, but this does not seem to affect the performance at all. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
