Ordered from Wallis many times. This time, I had an issue with the confirmation email but was dealt with and resolved very quickly. From the time I purchased the item till delivery the service has been excellent with very helpful customer service by Nixon, Jessie and Ian. Will definitely shop with Wallis again, Thank you.
I found that Wallis Customer email Service very helpful over the period of my Wallis order and unfortunately with help and information when I had to reluctantly return my purchase, only because I did not suit my purchase. They were efficient and clear in their ass I stance I requested. Would definitely recommend to have confidence of you need assistance you will get a quick informative reply.
You cannot resolve a problem as there is no telephone service now with this company. My order confirmation somehow had the wrong delivery address and the order number is wrong on the system. Nightmare !!! So stressful. Why no way of contact ???
I had a problem in that the latest discount code on offer wasn’t following through on my on line account. I contacted Customer service and had a standard reply but soon had a very helpful e mail from Leah one of the team offering me help. I was very impressed !!!! Having been a Wallis customer now for well over 44 years it was good to see helpful service still existed.
Although the courier company have let me down. Barry in Wallis customer service dealt with my issue in a very professional manner and acted promptly. Here’s hoping I get my order delivered to the new address without issue! Thanks Barry.

Enquired if I could send 2 orders back together in one return. Patricia helped my enquiry by stating that unfortunately you needed to return with a return label for each package, otherwise, the refund can get confusing. So thanks very much for the pointer Patricia 🙂
I received my order but the packaging was open and an item was missing. Got in touch with Charl and she confirmed all my order was sent out but as I did not receive it she sent out a replacement item at no further charge. Swift and efficient service. Thank you Charl.
