This is the second time I've had wallpaper from this company and I've been pleased both times, both with the delivery, and the quality of the paper.
I highly recommend this company. They are extremely helpful if you need to call them with an issue. They deliver quickly. Everything is well packaged, so no damage to fragile items. Excellent customer service and support. They are my go to company for all our wallpaper needs.

My order has been delayed as the company are reprinting the wallpaper, luckily I am not on a strict timescale to complete the decorating. The company did advise me of the issue promptly but I would appreciate updates as if the order is not sent by the end of May, this could impact my decorating plans.
Good service and the wallpaper was available at the pick up point when promised. The paper is great quality and looks fantastic on the wall.

I quickly received the requested samples, along with the actual main wallpaper order. Unfortunately the wallpaper was damaged (only identifiable once the paper was unrolled). Wallpaper Direct asked whether I'd like a refund or replacement. I chose replacement and the new, perfect, paper was with me in just over a week (they needed to raise the issue with the wallpaper originator). I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again and I'm very happy to recommend them.

The wallpaper was wonderful quality. Wallpaperdirect not so much. The mixing directions for the glue was very unclear and they couldn’t offer any clarity. Their calculator also told me I needed a LOT more paper than I really did. I knew it seemed like way too much for my small space, so I plugged the same measurements into Borastapeter’s own site and was given the accurate amount needed, half of what wallpaper direct tried to sell me.
Fairly expensive product when converted to Ozz Dollars but an impressive design and high quality … arrived well packaged and in perfect condition .. It was sufficiently unusual with spectacular tones and colours in the flesh ! Made a great feature wall in the aft cabin of my Liveaboard motor cruiser .

My first order arrived in 3-4 days, but I needed more wallpaper in the middle of my kitchen renovation. The new shipment arrived in 3 business days and the project was completed on time. The walls look beautiful!
