I made a mistake with my order and sent an email asking for it to be cancelled. Ayesha Khan in Customer Services responded very promptly and clearly, explaining that cancelling the order would be no problem and that a refund would be provided within days.

I was very pleased to find the exact tiles I was looking for and at such a great price! I checked a few and they look great and have a mix of the 4 patterns, which I was glad of. Delivery was quick and handled well.
Ordered a sample arrived within 2 days quality of the materials look and feel good I’ve not ordered at this moment I’m just starting out on a project and I’m not ready at this stage to choose a colour on the panels.

Great product when cutting the back black membrane past the staple plank is then loose some sort of glue may be better ?
Bought ten panels to place in two different areas (hallway and bedroom). The delivery was prompt and easy and after having fitted them, our hallway has been utterly transformed - we stopped to look at the panelling every time we passed it for several days it made such an impact. My son said his bedroom was taken to another level in terms of style - we are very satisfied.

I had to change the order I had placed. Joshua Parr immediately dealt with my request, amending my order and arranging a delivery date (only two days later) that was completely convenient to me. The delivery driver was super-helpful aswell, transporting the pallet all the way along my road as he couldn’t fit his van in past the parked cars. The tiles (yet to be installed) are beautiful. Very happy with the product, the price and the excellent service I have received.
