Ordered two items from Warehouse = not good No email to confirm order? Items arrived separately from different suppliers not Warehouse? 1 item arrived without paperwork & online returns portal does not accept order number? So how am I suppose to return the item? No reply to emails?

Save yourself from this trash website. I was dumb enough to order something else with store credit after I purchased the first (bad quality) thing and returned it. Surprise! No returns if you shop with store credit, even if it’s partial store credit plus more of your money. Customer service went dark. Avoid like the plague.

Avoid! Shocking returns process.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the returns process. Firstly, I was sent the wrong item. Then the lack of personalisation and efficiency put a damper on what should be a straightforward transaction. Being charged to return the wrong item adds insult to injury, especially when there's no one available to address the issue directly. It's disappointing that the item I ordered didn't arrive in time for such an important occasion. And that I wasted hours in communication, time in finding an inpost locker and money lost to return. Hopefully, Warehouse can improve its processes to ensure smoother experiences for its customers in the future. I won’t be one of them.

I recently purchased a dress online and when it arrived it was the wrong size, a mix up in labelling and the tag. I contacted customer service and Renzo helped me quickly, getting me a free return label and sending a new one out quickly! Amazing support and much appreciated!

Excellent customer service

When I placed my order I accidentally used an incorrect character in my email address which meant I had to way to track my order. I contacted customer services on the warehouse website, which was so easy to use and also a very quick and smooth process. I spoke to someone called Darius and Mei who were both very helpful and helped to completely resolve my concerns.

Hi, i returned the item and the company did not refund me. They asked me to wait over 2 months. Everytime I contacted the customer service team, they gave me a deadline to wait. I passed their deadlines 3 times and have not got the money back until now. Please avoid this company.

Still waiting on a refund over a month later. Terrible.

Returned an order from Warehouse and heard nothing for weeks. Contacted their customer service team who confirmed they had received the return and would make sure to now process the refund within a week. I waited the week and no refund, contacted them again for them to say the refund hadn’t gone though, and it would be a further 8 working days to hear something further. It’s now been over a month since my return and nothing. I’ve also not been able to log onto the app/my account, and was told I needed to create an Boohoo to fix the problem. Absolutely terrible customer service. Have regularly brought from warehouse previously and never had this experience before.

Don’t buy from them!!

Really bad company….. ordered a skirt, was sent an item that was not the same as the photo, returned for a refund yet they still refuse to refund postage! They don’t give a crap about their customers! They used to be a great company to buy from… until they got taken over. Now they don’t care about the customer. Just fast fashion and all about taking your money! Customer service are a nightmare to deal with. Won’t escalate issue to a manager just keep trying to fob you off. I’ve had to raise a case with PayPal. There are so many other companies to spend your money that are better than these!! UPDATE AFTER REPLY FROM WAREHOUSE: Looks like they ignored the letter I included with the return informing them the item didn’t match the website! Just proves my point about no care for the customer.

WORST ONLINE RETAILER

I ordered 7x items on the 26/11/2023. 1 week later, I returned 6 of the items. On checking my credit card statement, I realised that although I had been refunded, it was not the full amount (£110 missing, not a small sum!) and on looking through my emails, my return email showed they had only refunded 3 of the items with no explanation for the other 3 items. I reached out to Warehouse via text (they have no telephone number) and was told over and over that because it has now been more than 1 month, they cannot investigate and cannot help me any further!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Either someone in their warehouse is stealing or it is just complete fraud!!! I asked about making a complaint and what their complaints process was and they advised that the customer service deal with the complaints and they cannot help any further.

unlimited delivery does NOT apply!!!

I purchased unlimited delivery for a year in December 2023. January 2024 it stopped applying to my account after nonstop emails back and forth as of Feb 2024 it is still unresolved. I have been completely miss sold they have not resolved my issue. I am still being fobbed off repeatedly although shows on my account as purchased. Do NOT use. Customer service awful.

I sent off a return the beginning of January, but had still not received the refund a few weeks later. Whenever I clicked on the tracking link, it only showed up as ‘in transit’. I contacted customer services by text, and was immediately assisted and my refund sorted by Mary C. Thank you so much for the quick resolution and great customer service.
