My watch, a Tissot Chrono XL, was purchased via Watches of Switzerland’s excellent website as a Sale item and although a current item at a very competitive discount. The watch was promptly delivered in a very robust Watches of Switzerland branded outer protective boxing and in perfect manufacturer condition with stickers and conveniently with the time and date accurately preset. Importantly I am extremely delighted with the watch, the value and efficient sales service provided.

Whilst the watch is fine and was delivered on time, I can only award one star for the overall service. After purchasing an expensive Cartier watch I send a web enquiry asking if I could try out both versions of the Apollo 8 Moonwatch at WOS Manchester branch before making a decision on which one to buy. My web enquiry was ignored, so I took the trouble of writing a personal letter to Hugh Duffy at their Leicester HQ explaining my web enquiry had been totally ignored which was surprising given i have placed well over 30k of business with WOS group over the past 10 years. Anyway Mr Duffy too ignored my letter so I will end up taking my business elsewhere. Corporate arrogance I suppose but Mr Duffy should remember what happened to the Ratner Group when they got too big for their boots

Ordered Bell&Ross watch online to collect in Brent cross shopping mall branch. Went there and a woman who could not understand English welcome us with attitude and same silly question a few times 'do I have an appointment' even though I told her I am there to collect my watch but likely someone else saved us from her and understand why we are there. He also knew my order. Anyway, after this initial irritation, asian guy brought the watch and dealt with everything and we left. Dissatisfaction started at home due to finding out manual booklet inside was belong to another model of Bell&Ross. That automatically made me annoyed. Thanks god watch was brand new! I called the branch and they told me to bring it there to check if there is anything missing if there is, they would refund me or start an investigation. Then I called Bell&Ross burlington arcade to get some advice and The guy aswered the phone, kindly told me to come there so he can help. Today I visited him and he was also suprised with wrong case wrong booklet and tools. He said that this box and everything inside is belong to another model and he can not understand why WoS gave me wrong things with this watch. Likely, Bell&Ross took responsibility even though they do not have to and changed wrong box and booklet etc and sorted out everything with kindness. With this WoS experience, I will not buy from them again due to my first experience. I suggest everyone should shop directly from brand webpages instead. Thanks to Bell&Ross.
Terrible service from W of S. I purchased a Grand Seiko almost 6 weeks ago and have still not received the watch or even an estimate of when it will be delivered - it's ridiculous. I have refrained from leaving a review until now but W of S is not getting its act together and currently there's no light at the end of the tunnel. I've chased up my order multiple times and keep getting told that there is an issue with the warranty and the lack of response from their supplier (i.e. Grand Seiko) is the reason for such a long delay. This tells me that either W of S is not trying to sort out my matter properly or Grand Seiko does not value W of S as an AD. Be warned, if you order online the physical stores are next to useless. I walked into W of S's Oxford Street store to see if they could progress my matter but was told that the online part of the business is separate and there was nothing they could do, although the member of staff was trying to be helpful. Very disappointed with my experience. This is not what I expected from a long-standing retail establishment like W of S.
For many years I have been dealing with Cathy Starkey of wos Birmingham branch nothing is to much trouble even when she was at goldsmiths, I have been able to attain a beautiful watch collection with help and advice while learning and developing a passion for horology which isn't by no means yet. I have been hesitant about purchasing my Cartier for a while and had tried several models . Linda was very patient, non condescending nor judgemental of my scruffy look that day . She was helpful and patient and very kind and cheerful that day to me and my partner .She helped sort out the guarantee on line, always attentive and hospitable . It was a very pleasant shopping experience … I bought the watch from Mappin as opposed to shopping online or from another retailer because of Linda’s approach . I have bought a watch 3 years ago from there and I went to tagheuer today to ajust the bracelet today to find that the watch was already adjusted and bracelet parts were not send with the watch.Also I have been told that the bracelet pins were installed incorrectly.It looks like the watch wasn't new.
