Poor customer service

Bought a watch for my son on the 29/3 and was delighted it arrived quickly! My son decided he was going to return it as the watch was more of a black colour, he thought it was dark grey. I posted it back special/signed delivery and it was received 3 weeks ago today. Unfortunately I still haven’t received my refund and I have now sent 3 emails asking for an update. This is unacceptable! Surely it’s common courtesy to respond to customers with an update on THEIR money. I will now have to look into what my next steps are to get my money back. I would NOT recommend buying from Watch Shop unfortunately!

Poor customer service

I have returned a watch as it was faulty, I followed all of the advice on the website, I was advised by someone on the customer service team that they had no more in stock and that I would be refunded. I returned the watch and requested to be reimbursed the postage costs as the watch was faulty. 13 days later I sought an update as I had heard nothing from them, even though the website states they will let you know once they receive the watch. I was told they had received the watch, and after doing some tests they said the watch wasn’t faulty but they would issue a refund. I have requested that the watch is returned to me if it isn’t faulty. It’s been over 3 weeks and I still don’t have the watch or a refund. I’ve spoken to the customer service team and allowed the stated time frames, I’ve requested a supervisor call back (hasn’t happened) and I’ve requested an explanation of what is causing the delay a number of times. Finally, this morning, Charlotte on the customer service team advised the delay was due to managers going through orders that were placed before Fraser Group took over! A very poor excuse indeed, considering they took over in January and my order was placed in March. I cannot for the life in me understand what the delay is, all they need to do is return the watch or issue a refund! Had Charlotte been helpful and not replied with a rude, frustrated email, this negative review wouldn’t be here. Maybe a good coaching point for Charlotte’s TL and maybe now the people in charge may give the customer service team a jump start to resolve my problem!

Do Not Return Your Watch For Repair.

Bought watch for son's 21st in May 23. Returned at start of Dec 23 with fault. Late Jan 24 asked for progress of repair, reply was 'I can see that on the screenshot you are returning a shoe item'. Over 4 months now waiting, lost patience. Asked for refund by today....nothing received, last recourse small claims court. Order number is WSGB00114794443 In regards to having no contact details, please note that I've counted at least 16 emails in my inbox regarding this matter.

My advice is to avoid, purchased watch and lost within Evri somewhere very lack in support after contacting through Facebook offered little resolution. Finally offered refund as apparently that watch was the last in stock. No refund confirmation recieved so raised a back charge through credit card company.

No refund after 17 days item returned to their warehouse

I returned the watch to their warehouse with my own cost. It returned 5th April to their warehouse. But no refund after 17 days. Unbelievable poor customer service. Be aware of this company.

So far, horrendous. How can a company selling watches send a watch that doesn't work/doesn't have a battery. They don't seem to want to let you have your right to a refund and only push you into returning it to be 'inspected'. So I currently have no watch, and might have to wait 14 days for an answer. There's something about the fact the item was not working fully in the first place and their pushy system that has made me just want to return it and go somewhere else. Will wait to see if it comes back and will def take it further if necessary but the customer service and their system has been poor so far.

Ho ordinato un orologio ma arrivato un altro modello della stessa marca ma completamente diverso. Avendo pagato con contrassegno non me la sono sentita di rimandarlo in dietro anche perchè chiedendo la foto di quello che avevo ordinato non mi hanno mandato nulla anche dopo una settimana. PER ME QUESTA è UNA TRUFFA!

Shameful they sent a watch was was not in working order in December I bought it as a present my uncle adjusted the metal bracelet and because of this an item in non working conditions I was not able to return so they advice to repair here I am after 4 months waiting for it to be repaired. Ps: it is a solar watch so we noticed only after a few days that only work when it is under light and it does not charge otherwise we would not of even adjust the bracelet. Joke of a company pis* takers

I'm totally disappointed never got watch…

I'm totally disappointed never got my watch delivered. And watch shop doesn't have another to replace it. I got an email saying Evri has lost my parcel personally I think it was stolen by some one at Evri!! So what shop knees to use another delivery company in the future

Absolutely awful, would never use again or recommend. Customer service virtually non existent. Had ordered a Watch and it arrived but was not as expected size wise, the dimensions were not accurate. Have spent 2 weeks trying to return it but the process is made so difficult. Customer services have been of no help. I am used to ordering online and am shocked at how ridiculous this company have made things. Avoid at all costs!!!!
