I ordered a pommel dining bench from Where Saints Go. The bench itself is gorgeous; I'm really happy with it. But the bench was delivered to a completely different address, an active construction site in a totally different location, and I wasn't told about it at all! Thankfully someone at the address contacted me and I picked it up. But I had to take time off from work to do it. There are a couple of barstools I'd love to buy from Where Saints Go, but I'm really nervous where they'll be delivered to!

First order with Where the Saints Go, it was nearly £700, very impressed with the products and how they were packaged, would use them again no hesitation. They were delivered according to the expected end of April deadline. Tricky these days with shipping challenges. The only improvement could be not to just mark orders as processing but to break down the steps in the process so customers are reassured by some progress rather than weeks with no change and "processing" as the only clue. REVISED - customer response to supplier response below, if your systems will not allow more than "processing", I suggest you make email status updates to your customers, when buying high value items there is a lot of trust placed on new suppliers and reassurance is key when there are so many dishonest sellers on-line. The "computer says no" is not an excuse for poor customer communication. If you value customers then make the effort to keep them updated on progress. If I am buying an £10 item on Ebay I get better communication than the current level of service offered by Where the Saints Go for a spend of £650+. After all, you are building relationships for repeat business, not just box shifting.
Ordered a rattan chair from them and I'm very impressed by the quality. Looks more high end than similar products from other websites. The delivery was super fast too and it's amazing to find a piece that doesn't need to be assembled at this price point.

I had never heard of Where Saints Go before but had found them online after looking for some nice arm chairs for our new extension. I would recommend them as a good reliable company and quick to answer any queries. The chairs are absolutely beautiful....very pleased with them
