We like the clothes. The staff are excellent and friendly at Amersham the y remembered us from our previous visit at Christmas . We are from the North East of England and always visit this Amersham store unlike our not so good experience at Harrogate. When we visited this store we were ignored,staff did not look up or acknowledge us so we walked out and bought clothes at your competitors.

I've had the worst experience you could imagine with this brand. I've ordered quite a few items, and unfortunately had to return the majority because the prices are very high for the quality you get, and the items don't look as good as on the website. I've decided to keep a single item from the order. When printing a return label and entering the items to be returned I made a mistake and marked only that one item I kept for return. The label was ready, and when I tried to fix my mistake I found that I was not able issue another label for the same order. I've made a note on the return label about the mistake and wrote to the customer service immediately. Then I've payed ~15€ to the DHL to send the package back, because the returns are not covered by the Whistles. Today, almost 30 days after I sent it back, and about 10 emails of back and forth with their customer service later, I receive an email that I've been refunded and charged for the delivery (a hefty 25€ charge) on top of the return I've already paid for. Furthermore, I've been refunded for that single item that I've kept, but the hundreds of euros of items that I returned I was not refunded for. So, after all of this, I can only advise against ordering from Whistles. It's not worth the stress, and the clothes are nowhere as nice as on the images on the website.
I returned two denim skirts that I had bought on line, both of which were too big. Luckily they had a smaller size in the shop which was perfect. The assistants were very helpful and sorted out the return and purchase very efficiently. They also steamed the new skirt for me. This was the Muswell Hill store, not Bath.
The shop assistant offered good choices, remembered me from past visits, and was helpful and efficient.
Staff were exceedingly helpful in fetching different sizes in all the items I wished to try. There was a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere in the shop. I will return when next in the area.
