I'm extremely pleased. Love the selection and recipes. Living in Florida I was concerned with our heat and called customer relations and requested extra dry ice. My box just arrived and there was the extra ice, which is great since I'm not always available to be at home to receive it promptly.
I live in Vermont so getting fresh fish is difficult. I love salmon but now I really LOVE salmon because I have tasted it fresh from Alaska! Wild Alaskan Company has been the answer to my fresh seafood prayers!

So far, we have received 3 subscription boxes and have been extremely happy with the seafood in ever box. The shipments have been very well packed, and nothing has thawed before receipt. The cut and size of portions has been consistent. Delivery of subscription orders can easily be changed to prevent delivery of too much product to be stored. This also ensures the seafood is fresh when you use it. I have also found that customer support is extremely responsive to questions and is very helpful.

I have been ordering for three months and am so impressed with the quality; the company service is extraordinary in that they follow up with you to make sure you're happy with the product; they provide excellent recipes and offer an open door policy if you have any questions. They are really customer orientated. The packaging is bio-degradable and actually feeds my garden as it melts when watered. Very impressed by this Company.
I have been so happy with the quality of the fish. They accommodate the dates you want to receive your box, and the size of the individual portions are perfect so you have no left over fish. I have found that they truly want you to have a great experience with their product.
This past week I received my first order of wild salmon filets (Coho and Sockeye) from Wildalaskancompany.com. Very happy with the order!! All the filets look great. Very nicely sized portions. Shipping was very fast and my order arrived with PLENTY of dry ice still inside. Fish was completely frozen. Yesterday I cooked my first filet (Sockeye Salmon). For the first time ever, I tried the pan-fry method and it worked extremely well. The filet was only in the skillet for 7 minutes but it was cooked to perfection!! The skin was crispy and delicious, and overall it was an incredibly tasty filet. I'm going to enjoy eating this seafood every week! The company's plans are flexible. You can choose a box of 12 or 24 filets, and they have various types of fish available - not just salmon. Other extras are available too. The delivery schedule can be once a month, every other month, or possibly something else if you need it. I have mine set up for a box of 12 every two months (just me), so it will work out great. Do you know what else is very cool? They use eco-friendly packaging. The cooler panels dissolve in water!! How neat is that??!! MUCH better than a styrofoam cooler that probably can't be recycled. The company seems to offer stellar customer service too. It's VERY easy to reach out to them, whether via phone, email, or live chat. I tried WILD ALASKAN COMPANY because the fish I was getting locally in the stores didn't seem that fresh. So I decided to give them a try it was the best move I've done in a long time. Everything I've gotten from them is really nice and fresh. I can really tell the difference from the store it doesn't have the fishy smell and it tastes GREAT. I love the recipes they offered to. They really give you good ways to cook what you get, weather it be in the pan, oven, broiler or grill. THE BEST PART IS I USUALLY GET IT WITHIN 24 HOURS WHEN SHIPPED AND I LIVE IN MARYLAND. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH WILD ALASKAN REALLY GOOD COMPANY WITH EVERYTHING THEY OFFER! I'VE BEEN USING THEM SINCE FEBRUARY!

I just recently received my first order in the last month and have had 2 sockeye salmon and 1 cod fillet. All 3 were excellent. Highly recommend. Also like the fact they send good instructions for thawing and cooking suggestions.
I was hesitant to sign up for this subscription service because we are 2 old people that do not eat much at a time like we used to. But, there was a subscription that I thought we could handle. I was right, not only are the portions perfectly sized for us but the fish is so fresh and moist. So much better than what we can get locally. We are so glad we tried Wild Alaskan Company!
I recently received my first box and I am so happy with the quality and support from the company. I love fish but hadn't eaten much due to the fact that I wasn't able to get quality fish in markets around me. The smell of ammonia and bad fish is a deal breaker for me!! Wild Alaskan fish comes conveniently packed in individually so you can use as much or as little as needed. And absolutely no smell, even when cooking!! It's a pleasure receiving high quality fish right to my door.

I have had 3 deliveries from Wild Alaskan. Every single piece of fish has been fresh and the portions are perfect. Also, I can whip together a vegetable and side dish and have a quick, delicious, better than a restaurant meal!
I have had 100% positive experiences with Wild Alaskan Company. I highly recommend this company as the people helping me were responsive in a very timely manner. CUSTOMER SERVICE QUEEN CORINNE!!! I can't even begin to tell you how this company has touched my heart (as well as my stomach). Not only is the quality of the product exceptional and the packaging amazing, but the quality of customer service is OVER THE TOP! I emailed last night when our monthly box came, but was missing the extra scallops we had ordered. Corinne immediately responded this morning with the offer to include them next month with a $5 credit or refund the $55 immediately. I told her we definitely wanted the scallops but were bummed as they were for a special dinner next week (I did not tell her what the special dinner was). She immediately responded again with the offer to ship them out today fee of charge along with a few other complimentary packages of product for our troubles. I did not expect anything more than the initial offer to get them to us next order and the $5 credit... so, why did this touch my heart so much??? I shared with her what the special dinner was... my mother who loved their scallops, recently passed, and we were ordering them for a celebration of life dinner... because of Corinne's dedication to the reputation of Wild Alaskan Co we will have the scallops in time!
I recently received our first package of fish. They came nicely packaged and still frozen. We have tried the halibut and it was delicious! We eat alot of salmon and tilapia so it was good to try another type of fish. I followed your baking directions and it came out well. Looking forward to “experimenting” with other types of fish .
