Quite disappointed with the quality of the sofa. I bought the Somerton sofa about 9 months ago which is over £1000 and one of the cushions is already flat. On top of the sofa not looking nice with a flat cushion, it is very disappointing as I would expect more for the price. I have always manually reshaped and swap the cushions on a weekly basis but still, this happened! Won't buy again from W&H. Ikea has better quality sofas...
Im still waiting for my sofa to arrive... that in itself is not an issue as i understand the dispatch/delivery time has a process. Customer support & attitude was so bad that i was left speechless... my sofa was supposed to have been reserved for me as they had technical issues, but it wasnt. And if i hadnt been checking out the site & there is was ,available for sale! So i purchased it there & then! Then No confirmation email of said purchase! I could go on... so at this juncture im hoping the sofa will be so lovely that the stress was all worth it.

Ordered corner sofa over the weekend and made a follow up call to make sure it had gone through okay as I thought I had not received confirmation. Customer services were very helpful and confirmed they had received my order. The confirmation had gone in to my spam emails. A couple of days later I received a call to verify my order details were as I expected them to be and that any extra items added were also correct.
After two days of receiving my order, I’m very disappointed with the quality of my corner sofa. It makes a very loud creaks when sitting or getting up on both sections, this shouldn’t happen with a brand new piece of furniture. Willow and Hall have sent a technician round to inspect the sofa. He removed the stapled cloth underneath and saw that some parts of the frame hadn't been secured properly, with no glue where wood meets wood. He put some glue around one joint. The repair hasn’t helped at all. I took some pictures of the inner frame, and I must say it’s very crudely made. Softwood used with OSB board, which is then stapled together. I can only assume it’s not been glued in places, which is why the whole frame creaks. On inspecting the joints, I could see that they are very poorly cut and joined. On the plus side, the fabric is great, and so far the quality of the stitching is good, however seeing the inner construction, I doubt this sofa would last. I work in manufacturing in the design industry, so I have fairly good idea of quality construction. Will seek a replacement, or a refund. To be undated.
I have just bought my first house and needed a corner sofa bed for my living room. I ordered some fabric samples from Willow and Hall, the fabric was great quality. I decided to go ahead and order the sofa, I was a little dubious to order without seeing the sofa in a showroom, but the 14 day return policy gave me the reassurance that if I didn't like the sofa, I could return it even once it had been made and delivered. Willow and Hall provided great customer service, they answered any questions I had and provided delivery updates. Delivery was made 5 weeks from the initial order. I am so happy with the quality of the sofa, it is well made and very sturdy. The sofa bed mattress is very thick and comfortable and the colour is exactly the same as how it looked online / as the fabric sample. I have since ordered a matching footstall which should be arriving soon. Sophie has been very helpful to answer any questions I had via email, I would recommend Willow and Hall to anybody, I will definitely use them again in the future.
Very clear online layout and very helpful telephone answers. I was especially pleased to receive my fabric samples swiftly , although one went to wrong person with my address! The samples can make all the difference since the fabric feel can vary a great deal also the colour

Ordering process was easy. Lots of samples available and information on fabrics and seating. Sofa was a little paler than sample but still pleased. Delivery was carried out efficiently with respect shown to my property. Overall a good experience especially when ordering on line can be a risk. Mrs S

We ordered a Downton 3-seater sofa bed with a pocket sprung mattress. Having been disappointed with furniture ordered online before (from other companies) we were concerned that this would be comfortable both as a bed and as a sofa. We needn't have worried. As a sofa, it is great. Very comfortable and supportive. The bed has just been used for the first time and was received very well. The 6" mattress was ideal and so much better than the thin foam mattresses so often used on sofa beds. Service was good - 6 weeks from order to delivery, and we are very pleased we chose this manufacturer.
Willow and Hall sent decent size fabric samples, together with very helpful information cards on the sofa beds I'm considering, plus a couple of unexpected (and appreciated) treats inside the pack. So difficult when choosing an expensive item of furniture online, but the pack was extremely useful to help me to make my decisions.
Thought this company was meant to be high end. Bought a sofa a few months back and had started to sag in one area. Apon looking inside i can see that there is 2 patches of foam rather than one whole piece. Tried emailing but no one answered for weeks then found out that they wont do anything until i pay someone to look at the sofa then will fix it after that even though its obvious from the pictures i sent. The andvisor that finally replied to my email was rude and no help at all. I will never be buying from this company again after the money i spent i would expect better than this.
Wonderful sofa beds, comfortable to sleep on and aesthetically pleasing. Purchasing, delivery etc. was easy and efficient. Would highly recommend.
I bought a 7 seater corner sofa in forest. The item is well made, feels sturdy and looks fantastic. The quality is far higher than any other sofa I have purchased before. I am not used to buying items like this online but I'm so glad that I took the plunge. The whole family is very happy indeed. Customer service was excellent too.
Excellent range of sofa beds and options. Ordering and delivery very straight forward. Nice comfortable sofa bed for occasional us as a bed , more a sofa. We have had the sofa bed for over a month and my daughter used it for 2 weeks and she said it was comfortable.
