My go to brand for anything skin care related. First tried Willow Organic when they were doing activation at an airport and I purchased some small travel sized products. I was hooked. My skin loves me for using this brand.
I have bought Willow products for a number of years, firstly as gifts, which were well received, but this year I have tried some facial products myself. I particularly like the new Bio-Marine day serum; only a little is required and my 70 plus year old skin definitely feels tighter after application. The products are not cheap but are of excellent quality with good environmental credentials

We stock Willow Organic Beauty in our spa and I also use it personally. Willow were offering ethical, organic products well ahead of the curve. My personal favourite is the Gentle Cleansing Balm. The natural fragrance and texture are beautiful and it works really well without stripping the skin of its natural defences. I have been using Willow for over a year now and have found it excellent for gifts and treats for myself. The candles and diffusers have lovely fragrances. The web site is easy to use and delivery is prompt.
I bought some products for Christmas gifts and bought myself the skin scrub (loafer type thing) which foams up as you scrub. The smell is amazing and my skin feels glowing afterwards. Love this product.

Such easy experience using website. Delivery very quick with excellent packaging. Love the anti-ageing products. I experienced an allergy problem sometime ago after a change of formula in a long-used product. I changed to Willow and have had no further trouble.

I have been extremely satisfied on each occasion when I have placed an order with Willow. The range is very appealing and the organic nature of the products is excellent. The website is very customer focused and easy to navigate. The ordering process is fine and delivery is achieved quickly.
