My order was not fulfilled. I ordered a Camo watch display holder and I received not only the wrong color but a completely different item. The item seems to be small women’s cheap jewelry box. They charge way too much for their cheaply made products.

I purchased a watch winder from an authorised dealer and found my watch did not fit the cuffs, I contacted customer services who replied swiftly and resolved my issue by sending me out smaller cuffs to fit my watch, could not ask for anything more than this. Best customer experience yet.

I have just bought 2 Wolf Axis winders and can honestly say they are amazing, from the packaging, to the quality of the product and customer service. 1st class.
I am not only a retailer of these products but also a consumer. First, their quality is incredible. The stitching, the function, the delivery, the consumer experience from a vendor is top notch. Second, the negative is that if and when there is a challenge of any sort, their customer service number only allows for emails or extensions and therefore if you do not know the extension of whomever you seek, you get lost. Also, as a client of theirs, I have written to the company only to have a reply 1 week or more later. As a vendor of their products, I love their products as their top quality. BUT-I have been having a difficult time with accounting from day 1. Once I tried to clear something up, I get email replies about retaining credit on file. I did not ask for that and even once I placed another order, the “credit” some how was not applied. Also, as a vendor, they offered some products that they were “retiring” at a minimal discount assuring me that we could capture a better margin. So, as a fan of their products I purchased more products. Within 1 week or so, I visited their website only to find that they were offering these items to the general public at prices less than what they offered me, a registered vendor. After speaking to Alberto, the US sales manager, he assured that I could work with a rep to arrange a return. The irony of this is that ever since this email, I have not been able to reach on phone any representative including him. Sadly, this is forcing my hand and makes me very discouraged with this brand. As a vendor, I would expect some level of customer service that would assure their promises but sadly they do not back them up. As a customer, visit their website for best pricing. As a vendor, remember that once you have an issue of ANY type, you will be left to fight like hell to simply resolve any issues of any value with them therefore not a vendor a would recommend dealing with at any level.
Very happy with Wolf winders and roll. All their items are of exceptional quality. Order was delivered for free and arrived in two days. So happy with goods, highly recommended.
I lost the keys to my watch wolf case. I contacted wolf and Becky from customer service was stright on the job. I got replacement keys in the post in a few days. Both wolf's cases and customer service are next level

My experience did not start off great, but the recovery by Becky in the support team was fantastic. I had a faulty winder which turned out to be a fault in the batch. Becky organised the replacement immediately on both occasions and kept me up to date from the first instance of what was happening. Becky is a massive asset to the business.
I emailed Wolf for advice on my Cub Watchwinder and received a call from Becky within a couple of hours. She explained how the Cub works, which I then monitored over 24 hours, she also advised on the suitability of the Cub for my watches. Wolf products are a premium product but with this you also get excellent customer service, well worth the extra cost. Thank you Becky.
First class customer service, my winder was 4 year old when it stoped working, contacted customer service (Becky) she replied within a couple of hours and has sent out a new power adapter free off charge and it’s back up and running 💪

Customer service are amazing!! I was unsure about purchasing the Wolf Cub watch winder due to the lock in cuff which comes with the winder being too big for my watch. I emailed Wolf with a query around cuff sizes, they (Becky) replied the following morning offering me a complimentary smaller cuff and sent it out to me next day delivery, keeping me updated throughout the day. The new cuff allowed be to buy the Cub winder with confidence and now fits and works perfectly with my watch. I would definitely purchase from Wolf again.
Delivery was quick. That’s where the positives start and end. When you spend £350 on a watch winder, you expect premium at a minimum. The watch cuffs that come with the winder are stupidly large. I have relatively small wrists and could not clasp my watch over either of the standard cuff or the so called “dynamic cuff” (which was anything but dynamic). Then you have the option to put the watch on without the cuff attachments. This time my watch was way too loose it would slide off when in the watch was in the winder. Now, I tried getting hold of customer service. Good luck, I don’t even think it exists. Haven’t heard back and I am now stuck with a watch winder I can’t use.
