Smooth purchase, fast delivery. The ring I bought was too big, first I asked customer service if they could check other size options and Jerice was very helpful, responding promptly and liaising with the brand. I decided to try a different size and the returns process was simple too. They don't currently offer exchanges, only refunds, that would be the only thing I would improve.

Belt was lovely but too small. Tried on three different occasions to print a return label with no avail. Going out of town and won’t make your 14 day return policy. Very frustrating. We will see your response when I return.

The dress isn't worth the price. I am a size 12&14 UK, got the dress shirt in size 12 it's buggy on me, it's advertised as white but it's not white more to the cream side of colour and the material isn't good that's why I say it's not worth the £133
Service and item were both excellent but I have had to return as the jumpsuit was miles too long and difficult to shorten so disappointing. Hope my refund is processed as quickly as my delivery.
