I ordered a kids jacket, it took 3 weeks to arrive and was too small. I have requested a returns form, emailed them several times and no reply. I have no instructions or address on how to return this item. I will have to go through my credit card to try and get a refund. Zero customer service- do not use this company. Aisling

i called at the office and asked what if wont like the quality of the print can i return it, they told me YES no problem, they sent me t-shirt with mega BAD quality and i wanted return just said NO

Excellent Service and efficiency! This is the 2nd time I've ordered 100+ white t shirts for a school based activity. The website said orders would be dispatched within 3 working days, they were! Also a guarantee that delivery would be within 5-7 working days, spot on! There's no doubt in my mind that I'll be back a 3rd time! I should also say that the t shirt quality was as promised. All in all, very happy!
I'd give zero stars if I could I returned 2 items weeks ago and have still not got a refund . They keep saying they are waiting for an update from the warehouse that the package is processed its been weeks now complete scam!!

I ordered t shirts, thermo bottles and mugs from wordans. On the webpage says 3-5 days delivery time. They sent me the t shirts week later, and couple of them wasn't on stock that time, so I got a voucher. (Just I don't know what I will doing with it, because I don't want to order anything anymore from this company) The mugs: Wasn't any information from this part of order. Two weeks later I got the two third of the mugs. Lot of them was broken, becouse the poor packaging (thin cardboard box with a piece of bubble wrap what was no sense...) They don't know where is the rest of my order, the customer service is slow, don't answered, or just after the fifth massage. They didn't offered any solution, just said will look after. I don't know ill see my ordered stuff or my money anymore...
Cristina was very helpful in the resolution of a product return and refund. I will definitely use them again.
This is the second time I have used Wardons and I can’t fault the service I received. I made a mistake on my order however the it was shipped so fast I was unable to change it. Cristina, their sales representative was very kind in explaining the situation and informed me I can make a return free of charge. Will use again.

Company confirmed by email before purchase that the caps would have a certain sticker on the peaks to highlight Authentication of the caps been purchased. All 4 caps arrived without the sticker. Emailed them 3 times. Got no reply. Apauling customer service
