Good price, still waiting for it to arrive. I placed an order on Saturday and paid for Premium Next Day delivery. Order was sent Monday, according to the tracking. But as of now (Thursday midday) still no delivery. Not even an update as to when it will be delivered. The delivery cost has been refunded, which is good, but WCH has taken zero accountability for ensuring delivery. They have not chased it for me or made any effort to resolve the situation. Update: Order delivered today, late but as described and in good condition.
Good service and product.
No free delivery option, no matter the spend is dissaponting. Same day dispatch from WCH, but Royal Mail was very slow, almost a week after dispatch the package arrived. Great stock options and great sales, customer reward system is a nice bonus too.
Good price and quick response to a question about delivery. Only thing I was not happy with, I paid extra for priority delivery to arrive on a Wednesday but item didn't arrive until Friday late afternoon.
