Whenever I need a book for my Applied Theology course, I turn to WOB. I often find what I need at a good price, in great condition and I far prefer real books as opposed to online books. The most recent delivery came on time and was sustainably packaged. One very happy customer here.
Placed an order, 4 for 3, books all 'very good'. One arrived very quickly, not what I would call 'very good'. The other 3 have never turned up. I emailed to query and they responded very quickly assuring me the other books were on the way. They still haven't turned up, nor responded to my last 2 emails, one of which is to ask for a refund. A real shame as I have used them before with no issues.
There were several errors with my order and it took a few attempts to resolve them. However, the order was finally corrected.
I didn't receive the book so nothing else to say?
