Customer Service really sucks however the products are good and priced pretty well if you can find a deal. Do not expect amazon support but your item should be fine. Using them for a few years now.

I was searching for a specific RC Helicopter WLToys V931 and decided to buy from Xheli.com Unfortunately that choice wasn't in my best interest. First off the shipping cost was unreasonable for the $150.00 that I spent at their store. When I received the helicopter, it was broken in several places and the cosmetics of the v931 were less than poor. When I tried contacting them it was over a week before I finally was able to contact someone (after 6 emails and 5 "submit a tickets" which I received no response). All said they didn't refund the total amount that I spent on the helicopter. Unreliable customer service and poor products. I advise avoiding Xheli.com
I have purchased many helicopters and drones never had a problem with the delivery never had a problem with any of the purchases that I bought I love this place
Poorest customer communication of any I've delt with. They do not advise that a produst is out of stock when the order is accepted, do not respond to e-mails unless threatened. Filed a claim with Visa and they were unable to contact them. (Don't know if they had any luck yet but Visa did issue me a credit.)
XHELI deserves no stars. I spent a significant amount on a quad copter. They send me a package that had obviously been opened. There was a fist sized wad of packing stuff lose in the box. Get this... there was mud on the foot pads of the Quad. Obviously sending me a returned item that should not have been returned. I could tell immediately after I opened the brown outer shipping box that something was wrong, yet they still packed it up and sent it to me as a "NEW" item. They have been hassling me about the return. They insist they didn't do it. They want pictures. Do not waste your money on these clowns. It is a hassle dealing with them. I've already wasted hours with no resolution.
I have ordered 5 helicopters from XHeli within the past year an haven't had any problems. All my helis worked great and they came within a week of placing the order. I'm not sure as to why others have had horrible experiences with this website. They might have gotten new employees or management or something recently, but I'm not sure. The only thing I don't like is the constant emails from the website. I plan on ordering a couple more times from XHeli in the near future.
They sent 2 non functional quadcopters. No phone support and their return procedure is so problematic we just contested it with our CC company.
I would give this company 0 stars if it were an option. They called me a week ago to tell me that one battery out of several things ordered was putting my 2nd day shipment order on hold because it is not in stock. They left a number to contact them and it is forever busy, I have called it 50 or 60 times now. Also, the email customer support seems to be non existent and impossible to find to even send them an email. It seems that they would want to take better care of their customers when they are spending 300 plus dollars on orders. Who knows...maybe it is just a scam.
"I have ordered numerous helicopters, accessories, and parts in the past. Past orders I experienced good satisfaction, except for a bad battery in a $16 Syma S107 helicopter they would not replace. I did call them a few weeks after order about that problem. They would not do the right thing. What can I say....Poor customer service, seeing that I spent a few hundred on past orders. This last order as of August 23, 2012 was a big disappointment. Went to check out with 5 different helicopters in cart with free shipping offer, and after giving my credit card number and confirming order, they raised the prices on some of the helicopters. Pressed cancel button. Not sure if order went through or not. Not happy with these tactics. Time well tell if higher priced order went through. If it did, I will present case to credit card company, as I have printed copy of initial order. I am not sure if I will order again at some further time."
I have ordered a volitation 9053, removed it from the packaging. Tested to to If it works, and tail rotar does not work. I have called them ( from Canada, there is no 1-800 number ), and waited for 20 mins with no response. Emails do not get responded to either. Costs are mounting up in calls, and personal time. They have made my entry into this hobby, and any possible future purchases from them slim. I will spend my time posting my review.
Received my ordered, took forever, quality was below what I expected have been trying to return product now for 2 weeks. I have sent 6 emails and 10 calls so far. No one ever answers the phone and I have received only one email reply asking for pictures which I provided. Now they are ignoring my calls and emails so I cannot return product. Had to dispute charges with my credit card company. I would never do business with their company again. I have never had such a bad experience with a vendor before. I warn everyone DO NOT order from this company you will be ripped off
I have log onto X-Heli for weeks and weeks looking for parts for my heli, and all you EVER see is "OUT OF STOCK" on just about any part or new heli's. And not only is X-Heli that way almost any rc parts supplyer is the same way.
All I can say is JUST DON'T DO IT. Man what a bad deal. Wish I would have reviewed the company first.
I got a good price, delivered promptly; BUT, the charger is 2 pin plug for use in Europe. Won't work here! I get no replies to emails (6) requesting assistance or exchange policy. When I call phone number it's either busy or no answer and I've tried everyday for a week. I saved a couple bucks; but, it's not worth it. I will NEVER buy anything from xHeli again and I'll tell everyone I know about them. They knew what they were sending wasn't useable in U.S.; they must have bought a bunch at a discounted wholesale price.
I ordered two helicopters and additional parts on 12/18/10. I received a conformation email on 12/18/10 at 1:48 pm. On 12/20/10 3:23 pm they sent me an email saying 2 of the items were not available. I called back an exchanged out the 2 items and asked if they could send it out priority at there cost. They told me it was there policy that they have 24 - 48 hours to review the order therefore they were not at fault (as you can see by the time it was past 48 hours). Also this policy is very hard to find on there site. I told them I would still take the order but I would no longer shop at they site. The agent then told me I could no longer have the order (he was canceling it) and I will be blocked from ordering in the future. Needless to say the kids did not receive there Christmas presents.
Offered good price on a RC helicopter, but did not deliver - it turns out it was out of stock. Nobody told me until I inquired myself. I asked for a similarly priced helicopter that was now available. The price had gone up they said. It could have been an innocent mistake. But I think good business would have done the switch and kept the customer happy. It could easily be called "bait and switch" too. Would not recommend shopping there, there are many other places, which makes XHELI's actions even more odd. Be careful though, it seems many also offer good deal but then you have to wait 15-20 days to get it.
They claim to sell pre-tested and flown helos. Mine was defective out of the box and the maiden flight resulted in a crash due to throttle problems. Warranty is now void. From the reviews I've read they are selling factory seconds or "repaired" returns. I tend to agree with that. Personally I'll buy my next one local from a reputable seller. These folks flat out don't give a damn and they don't have to.
I’ll never do business with this company again… ordered 2 helicopters – both defective. One flies so it really doesn’t matter that none of the lights work. The other one either won’t charge or just doesn’t have enough power to get off the ground. Numerous attempted calls – no answer. Numerous attempts at trying to do their web chat – no response. Several emails over 4 weeks – received 1 generic response that said they would update my issue and contact me asap – another week has gone by nothing more. Granted they were inexpensive helicopters, but what a major rip-off.
I bought an inexpensive Agilely RC copter and received it promptly. After seeing it hold charge for less than 45 seconds and the direction control not working, I decided to contact XHeli. There's nobody home; not the toll free number, the standard number is always busy. I sent an email with no reply after a week. Online chat is always busy. I ended up calling my credit card company to request a refund.
First off I guess you get what you pay for, I bought a Syma/Double Horse 9060 Overlord for my first step into the RC world. Everthing went perfect as far as shipping etc. I received my goods in 4 days from ordering. I followed the instructions as to set it up. 4 hrs on the first charge, done! My training kit installed and checked to make sure everything was tight and secure. All said and done time to fly my new RC Heli. A few practice goes inside the warehouse of my work went great. Now on to its first flight outside. No wind, check, batterys fully charge were good to go. UP up and away, 30 secs into flight the lower main rotors motor decided to seize up! Yeah 25' feet off the ground, and it came all crashing down. Well the motors toast 30 secs of fun for 60 bucks WTF. Oh well I just contact Xheli and see about a replacement. NO LUCK HERE! These guys are so full of SH#%, Did they rob a truck full of RC Heli's and put a website up ? Are these Factory Rejects at a discounted price. They are rude and are not going to help you in any way possible. I'm supprised someone even responds. Next time I'll do more research and buy from a respectable company. XHLI.com = crash and burn!!!!!! Buyers Beware!!!!
