If I was dissatisfied for any reason, a return was super simple. It is in the form of store credit, which could be unsettling for some people. The best part is, as soon as you send your return and it has been scanned by carrier, Yandy team will automatically give you store credit. I did have one issue with a recent order, but as soon as I contacted customer service, they went above and beyond to resolve it and in a timely manner.
