This is very bad website. I ordered a week ago and still waiting for the expected delivery date, as no tracking information provided. They don’t have any contact number except email. Also, I haven’t gotten any response of my email.

I received an email saying my order has been shipped, 10 days later I go to track it again and the last update is from 10 days ago stating the item is waiting to be picked up by USPS, hasn’t even left the warehouse! I sent a message inquiry to yesstyle and no response, since 5 days ago.

En mi experiencia cumplieron al100% con los productos que solicité llegaron sin ningún daño, y aún que el tiempo de espera es un poco más largo de lo normal vale la pena.
L'ordine è arrivato dopo 21 giorni. Nella spedizione c'è un prodotto mancante, ho provato a contattare il Servizio Clienti ma non ho ricevuto risposta.
J'avais l'habitude de commander des produits de skincare là bas, sans avoir eu le moindre souci avant. Cependant j'ai passé commande tout début mars et je viens d'apprendre en regardant ma commande à presque un mois qu'elle n'était qu'en "cours de traitement", car les produits commandés sont en rupture de stock... Si j'avais su, je n'aurais évidemment jamais commandé des produits que vous n'avez plus en stock. Pourquoi ne pas l'indiquer au moment de la commande? C'est très bancal, résultat comme le remboursement est inexistant je pars du principe que je n'aurai jamais mes produits et que j'ai perdu 30 balles.. C'est lunaire, jamais vu ça nulle part. Je ne commanderai plus sur ce site.
never received my item!
Ive been waiting for more than a week for my order to arrive. It’s been shipped for the longest time ever and i’m not receiving it.
J’ai passé une commande le 02/04/2024, numéro de commande: 23032851, deux produits ne sont pas en stock alors que ce n’est pas mentionné sinon je n’aurais pas passé commande, j’ai demandé de prendre d’autres produits à la place des autres ça m’évite de payer la livraison encore une fois et comme ça je reçois tout en même temps, aucune réponse, je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande ni un remboursement sur les 2 produits manquants, je ne sais plus quoi faire , je suis vraiment déçu, j’ai l’impression que je vais jamais recevoir cette commande.
I’ve made an order for over €200 in the Skin Care section to be sent to Europe. Majority of the items were “usually ships within 1-2 days” and 4 items “usually ships within 21 days”. 19 DAYS LATER the 1-2 days shipping items are STILL “awaiting shipping” so have not been shipped yet, and the other 4 items are STILL “processing”!!! They are a bunch of crooks!!! I sent emails and the only response from them was “check the status of your order” so no response at all. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE ASIA
I loved yesstyle because the website is super easy to use, they have so so many products for a better price than other big retail stores, and they have blogs to show you some of their favourite products!
Pretty cheap, comparing to other product sites. also delivered directly to my house. products are also great!
Iam very disappointed i got a tracking number of my order but my post office didnt recive my order yet i dont know how long it will take or its a scam Very bad service i ever had
