I am shocked at so many negative reviews. I can tell you one thing, I like my glasess served hot and expensive looking, and this is exactly what I have been given here. I had many questions as my prescription is very complex (-7) and I have astigmatism and peripheral vision loss. They responded right away and guided me in the right direction throughout the process. Please make sure you have your prescription and then some. I received it within a week signed delivery, I paid half of what I would pay here at Vision Express with lense thinning and complex high prescription. Very secured wrapping and the beauty of the gold thin frame wow. The quality amazed me. Very solid. I get asked about these glasses every day. They look very expensive. I purhased 2 pairs and one with purple tint. I am very happy and would recommend yesglasses. Any questions contact them before placing order via email. I buy new frames every year in the UK and this year everything on the shelves look so boring and dull. My Vision Express advisor said to me, why don't you go and shop online, better deals in the USA, and very pretty frames✨️So I did, and I can tell you, I am never going back to shop in the UK again. Just got my glasses, ordered 5 pairs with different tints. Great quality and service. They look much more expensive. Tried Zenni and Eyebuydirect and these are my favourites by far.
I usually buy 2 pairs of glasses every 2 years. Always open to trying new companies. This was the first time I considered yesglasses. I went to the try on prompt on my phone and could not find a way to use a stock picture from my phone album. Contacted Customer Service and was told I had to go to a computer to perform this task. I'm surprised that in this day and age this would be required. Especially, given that just about every other online company I have approached over the past 5 or 6 years, have phone-based try on service. I re-contacted C.S. and told them about my surprise. They wished me a good day. I was really surprised about the nonchalant nature of the response. I expected more from my American brothers and sisters. I will be shopping elsewhere for prescription glasses. Reached out by yesglasses on January 10. The service rep suggested that my inability to use my phone to access my stock pics was probably the result of my phone being dated. I responded that my phone was purchased within the last 6 months. I also pointed out that I was not having any problems using my phone with a multitude of other companies. I suggested that the issue was their problem, not mine and that I would in future be dealing with a company with adequate technology. Second response by customer service on March 5, 2024. Received email today asking me to check their site and see if their techies made changes. They have made changes The try-on element now appears to be working properly.
I love mixing up my glasses day-to-day but they are *so* expensive I was excited to find Yesglasses. Lots of stylish options with the ability to add colored or lightly tinted lenses. My pair actually arrived with the wrong prescription in one eye, but they were quick to reply to my email and send a replacement pair!
I have ordered couple of pairs of glasses about a week or so and for the first time I have attached my prescription on the site. Therefore I was not sure what I will get at the end as I didn't know how to read my prescription nor I was sure that I would get my glasses with the right prescribed details. I am happy to let everyone know and the company themselves that I have received my exact prescribed glasses and I am super happy with the quality of the lenses and frames. This site is gun and I will be purchasing from them sunglasses and other amazing products they have. Very happy and exited customer with the product and service.
The overall quality is poor. I really liked the fact that you can custom tint readers (for example). However, I've now had numerous pairs break, fall apart after minimal wear and tear. I've had cheap readers purchased from Amazon last much longer. Former customer is done with this poor quality product and awful customer service. Be ware.

Picked up a pair of Yes sunglasses for my Son's bday. They were of solid construction and still very lightweight. You barely knew you were wearing anything. My only disappointment is that I had not taken advantage of the added discount for buying 2 pairs...

I was surprised how quickly I got them. They are well made and attractive. The only problem I had is that I wanted to order a 2nd pair, per your buy one and get a 2nd pair half off, but I couldn't get back into my order to do that. Will be buying more glasses from you.
